The property is not childproofed and may not be suitable for young children. There is a long flight of stairs to the second floor, and there are no safety gates. * Security: Outdoor security system is active on the property. *The Riverscape and Gruene operates independently from third-party booking platforms; therefore, we require guests to complete ID verification and sign a rental agreement through our secure, hospitable portal. This helps confirm your reservation and allows us to share your access details safely before check-in. *Rates are based on and priced for 6 guests *Maximum occupancy is six guests *The master and 2nd bedroom are on the second floor. **** This is a new home; there is access to the river; however, the dirt path down is steep in some areas.
