We will be back!! Walking distance to Gruene, and Rockin R rentals. Home itself was very nice and spacious for our group of 6 with a great patio with beautiful views. Only (extremely) minor issue was we had 3 trucks, so could not fit in the 3 designated spaces, but there was plenty of street parking for the third truck. Even still, 5/5 stars- can’t wait to go back very soon.

It was a beautiful townhome! Two stories both with shared balconies overlooking the river. We went on the weekend of the river flooding so unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the river below, but there was access, and we wish we could have made a picnic/BBQ/floating area like we had planned. We still had a lovely stay in this beautiful home playing card games and grilling with family. All the amenities like shampoo and pots and pans were provided. Great communication from the owner.

The manager was very helpful. She got us out of a mess! Our initial condo reservation canceled on us about 10 minutes prior to our arrival. Misha came through for us. Thank you Misha! The condo was beautiful, had a nice view, was roomy, and wonderfully decorated! We spent alot of time on the two balconies, where there was plenty of chairs! We would definitely book this condo again 😊

Misha was very nice and very responsive. The place was great just like in the picture. Close to everything but not too close to hear loud live music. The place had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again.

GREAT GREAT LOCATION! We could walk to all restaurants, bars and shops. They went out of their way to get us an early check in. The place was very new and decorated. The back porch was very peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.
